although i haven't been posting, i've been lurkering around this site for 2 months now. i've seen so many many off-topic dissccusion on threads that shouldn't be and the mods not dealing with it.not to mention that spamers are still roaming around.

i understand that this site is new, barly a 1 years old, it needs memeber but it needs quality members. so, if someone crosses the line, i will come down on them like a ton of bricks and not just a slap on the wrist.
