Call of Duty: World at War
Fallout 3
Far Cry 2
Gears of War 2
Any others?

- I like modern games. (not WWII, not futuristic)
- I like realistic games. (shouldn't take 15 bullets to kill a guy)
- Want to buy mainly for online multiplayer.

I love Call of Duty 4, used to play Counter Strike for a while

obv call of duty world at war those games are hands down the best and true games closest to combat

CoD5 is set back around WWII or something.
Fallout 3 is sort of futuristic I think and is similar to oblivion.
Gears of War 2 im guessing would be your best bet.

Far Cry 2 is the only one that matches your criteria.

Call of Duty: World at War is WWll and you state you do not like that.

if u wanna go for modern games. the closest to modern is probley fallout3
and far cry2. the both games are kind of realistic u can say.

they'll both be good for multiplayer
but the game thats going to be strong on multiplayer is going to be gears of war 2 for sure.
