Is it posible for other players to see if one hacks (cheats) on Gunbound (an online game)? I NEVER would consider doing such a thing but is there a way to find out and see if your opponent or team mates his hacking so he/she can get more gold and gp (experience points)

Well, during my time playing gunbound, I couldn't really notice who was cheating or not, but it's sometimes hard to tell, since the hacks they us are stuff like aim bot, etc., where you can't tell if they're cheating or not because even if they are shooting people so accurately, you have no proof that they did it. In MMORPGs, you can tell because they have stuff like god mode, infinite health, etc., and you can actually notice it. Basically, cheaters are pathetic and they can't be completely abolished from any one game.
