Of course by average I don't mean sports players and workout freaks, just your typical everyday person. I play World of Warcraft about 25 hours a week. All my friends play it as well, and none of us are fat. In fact just about every overweight person I know doesn't play video games often.

I agree, when I was plaing WoW I would play for about 15-20 hours a week maybe more, but I would also workout because my job consists of sitting at a computer all day aswell and i didnt want to be obese. I think gamers have a better sense of determination.

But I think your alittle underweight my friend I'm "5'11" aswell but I weight 193lbs and by military standard you should weight 189lb from age range 22-27 any heavier as you got older. You should stop being so determined to be fit! lol jk

Well whether you play 50 hours a week that would affect how much you weight. it has do with how healthy you eat, your metabolism and how often you get exercise. A hardcode player doesnt mean they are fat.

people who play video games are not fat but actually are quite normal in size (there have been scientific tests done). However these people might not be as "fit" as a normal person because of the fact that you dont get as much exercise as other people. fat no , unfit possibly
