Go for it, I see why not. Everyone does. Stores just put the rating on, and require adults to go because if a kid walked in, bought it, and got freaked out, the store could be sued. I played Rated M games when I was 11 and 12 lol

I honestly started watching rated R movies when I was 8. I believe if the parent doesn't see any bad behaviors in their childs behavior and thinks they're mature enough to handle the movie, then they should at least give their kid a chance to watch/ play mature games.

If you had something like 360 then definetly NOT godfather. But because it is for the wii then you probably will not see all the blood and gore as much.

But violence is an issue in that game. If your parent don't mind that and cussing then you should be fine.

If you are only 11 then the M games you should be able to have are probably Halo, Jaws, CSI. My dad seems to think those should be rated T.

As long as the adult is the one buying it, you will be fine. The store isn't going to let you buy it though. When I've bought M rated games I've been required to show my ID, and since I'm 17, I'm able to get these games. It's up to your parents or another adult who's willing to buy the game whether they want to get it for you.
