K my parents are gonna get me a new system and I want a ps3 the most but I dont their not gonna say yes to the ps3 because the price range is from cost 435 -535 dollars so I either will buy a new 60gb ps3 off ebay for 200$ but I dont trust people online. The xbox360 pro is at the perfect price 299$ and comes with rainbow six vegas and some game called orange box. The wii how ever is 279$ but it has some games that I want which one should I get. I currently own a broken game cube and just got a ps2 this july 6th.

I think you should definitely get a 360, a ps3 may seem like a good choice, but it doesn't have nearly as many games coming out for it. The 360 may have claims that it can break, and yes it can but you can send it back to Microsoft, which is much cheaper then sending it to Japan to get it fixed. The Wii was a good idea, and it did not turn out as good. The only good game for the Wii is Super Smash Bros. Brawl. Which is good, but isn't the reason to buy a console. A 360 has the best online multiplayer, and the Orange box is actually three games, Team Fortress 2, Half-Life 2, all of it, and Portal. So it comes with 4 games and its the best console.

i think its the xbox 360 because the 360 has stunning graphics and the best online play then any other console. besides, its cheaper but better. plus the PS3 only comes in 3 colours white, silver, and black, while the 360 comes in a wide vareity of colours. trust me im an expert and i own both consoles. so i have experience

If you have gamecube games that you can no longer play, given that your gamecube is broken, then the wii might be right for you.

I would choose the Xbox 360 for online gaming and great games.

ps3 isn't that great because the lack of exclusives. the wii is fun with friends at times. xbox 360 is fun whenever, tons of exclusive games online movie rentals and aracde games.

i think it's all up to you and what type of games yoooou like. Check out the games comming out for each system and see which you want better. Also look at the different features the systems offer. i.e. ps3's home & 360's umm.. i forget what its called. (both ps3 & 360 have online movie rentals and other downloadable stuff)

It's not hard to tell though that wii is for more casual gamers, party games, for fun. 360 and ps3 are more hardcore and serious. 360 seems to be also trying to get some casual gamers to.

also, you should know that the wii is able to be moded for about $60 canadian inwhich you can download and burn games for your wii. Or, insead of downloading them, you can buy them at cheap asian places for like $5 each.

Either way, I have a ps3 currently. I had a 360, sold it later. I also had a wii for a little longer than than 360 but that was sold as well, cause some crazy person offered me way too much money for it to refuse.
