some people say bioshock some say halo some say gears of war some say COD4 and many othere please tell me which is the best and why thank you

It is more realistic, and the graphics are sweet.















The way you rank up is better, when you rank up you actually get something for it. And you can customize your weapons. And it is more tactical. Online play is very good as well.















Halo is okay for just running around and shooting, still fun though.















I also like bioshock and gears of war was okay but it is a third person shooter.

Definately between Halo3 + CoD4...































I personally find Cod4 too slow, but that's just me, CoD is a beautiful game and has great depth, but coming from the quake/ut days, I like my FPSs to be faster paced. Hence prefering H3.

Depends, what you are really looking for in the shooter games, but here are some information about that games you have put.































Bioshock is a very great game with spooks and scares. Since the game is literally about survival in a underwater city, that is based on the 1960s, but with somewhat futuristic technology. You also get magic powers such as electricity and fire. This is only good if you want to play alone, since it doesn't have Multiplayer.































Halo 3 is also a very great game in all aspects, from graphics to playability, having a long story mode to it since levels go for at least 45 mins in just one level. Also, has a good multiplayer, if you get bored with the story mode and test your skills with people at your skill level. So you know it can be almost a fair game between the players.































Gears of War was a great game, since the multiplayer now has glitches that are very annoying, and isn't fun anymore. Just the game though, is pretty interesting another spook and scares game, except without the whole survival theme like Bioshock. Also, alot of gore and blood in this game, if you use your chainsaw gun on the alien/monster, you have your screen splattered in blood with great detail.































Call of Duty 4 has great multiplayer and storyline, pretty interesting for a FPS, since you get to choose classes online, such as sniper, grenedier and etc. If you want an online game, I recommend this game for sure.

I'm a Halo fanboy since day one back in 2001. But my obsession with the series has to do with the story and the characters more than anything else. Those aspects really speak to me.































However, I will admit there are better fps games available. Bioshock and COD4 are outstanding games, but in my opinion The Orange Box is a better product when counted as a single game.































The Orange Box contains HL2 which some consider the best fps ever created. The original Half Life influenced every single fps on the market today - even Halo (The Flood in Halo, Headcrabs in HL2). The story, the music, the game physics all stand out. The game is not perfect as evident by the vehicle sections which tend to drag for a little too long. In conclusion, the best fps on Xbox 360 right now is The Orange Box, and this is coming from a hardcore Halo fan.































P.S. - The Orange Box is so good that I just upgraded my computer so I can play the PC version.
